Last Night

      Today is 20th November..my parents went to Sabah yesterday..so the house is EMPTY..I invited my friend,Ejad and Razif for a sleepover after tuition..and SO..after our Add Math class at bukit indah, we went to and bought all the ingredients at nearby grocery store that opened for 24 hours..we were there for about an hour..lots of stuff to buy with a 50 ringgit note..hmm..after making a havoc at the store..the 3 of us finally made it home..my cat,Hutan, meow at us..he wanted his dinnner..

                                                             Chicken Tikka


The clock striked at 12 midnight..Ejad and I started our cooking plan..We started with my Chicken Tikka..since we could'nt find any yogurt at the store..ejad made our own yogurt by adding lime and milk..it didnt even taste like yogurt..but since it was an emergency..we had to use it..So I skinned and debone the chicken that we bought at marinated it like in the receipe.Then I left it for 1 hour.
 

                             Minced Beef


Next..we made our minced beef..ejad cooked the beef with some chopped onions and some spices..i did the garlic bread..chopped some garlic and mixed it with butter..then wipe on the french loaf that we bought..

While ejad and razif served the minced beef outside the house,I send in my chicken tikka to a Convection Oven instead of a normal oven because we didnt own one.

The 3 of us enjoyed our minced beef with garlic bread outside with ice cold water at 2 am in the morning while waiting for the chicken tikka to cook... after half an our..the chicken tikka was cooked..i took it out of the oven and served it..ialthough it doesnt taste like i had imagine..it was quite nice...

After enjoying our heavy supper..we cleaned the messy kitchen and went to the living room to watch A-Team..we slept at 4 am in the morning leaving the TV on...
